    3. My Great Grandfather Joseph B. Phelps lived in Stevens Point from at least 1850 until at least 1860, perhaps later; since his offspring were born there in those years. The next child was born in Idaho in 1866 so he and his wife Mary Ann Pryor may have been there during the Civil War.
