    3. Hi Debbie, Thanks for all you helpful advice. You're sure on the ball and ready to help. But I already checked with River Falls Area Research Center for obituaries and they found none, and I've not been able to find Eugenie in the pre-1907 birth index. I have so many people I'm searching for I'm trying to avoid the $7 per person fee for death certificates. I'm hoping someone else researching this line will see my listing and help. Thanks a lot, Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: <MrsGrinnin@aol.com> To: <WIPIERCE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 19, 2000 8:03 AM Subject: [WIPierce] Re: C.W.& Phebe (ALTON) CHAPMAN, twin boys & dau Myrtle > Dear Janet: > > I would suggest that you write to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Madison > for copies of Charles and Phoebe's death certificates, that should give you a > precise date to look for an obituary.
