Dear Janet: I would suggest that you write to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Madison for copies of Charles and Phoebe's death certificates, that should give you a precise date to look for an obituary. With dates you can contact the UW-River Falls Area Research Center in River Falls for an obituary. The address is on the Pierce County WIGenWeb project under the "Lookups" link. As to Eugenie, check with your local LDS library. There is on microfilm ALL the pre-1907 births, marriages and deaths for Wisconsin. Many of these libraries have copies of it. If they don't, I think the marriage films are about $40.00 to order and you should be able to find a marriage record for her in them, if she married in Wisconsin. Good luck, hope this helps a little.
