Jacobson Christine Marie Hogenson Jacobson was born to Jacob and Ragnhild Hogenson May 6, 1879, in the township of Spring Lake, Pierce County, Wisconsin. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith and was an active member of the Spring Lake Lutheran Church at the time of her death. On May 1st 1919 she was united in marriage to Charles O. Jacobson and since has lived on a farm in Spring Lake township. Before her marriage she worked in Minneapolis as a professional dress maker. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Henry and Herman. Surviving are her husband Charles, one brother John of Long Beach, CA., one sister Minnie, Mrs. Henry Nelson of Minneapolis, MN., one sister-in-law, Mrs. Henry Hogenson of Spring Lake, also several nieces, nephews and other more distant relatives. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 14, 1961 at the Spring Lake Lutheran Church with Rev. W. C. Aanestad officiating. Interment was in the Spring Lake Lutheran Cemetery.
