Hi Brian, You might want to contact Del Winn on this. He has it on CD. It is a 52pp. typescript, undoc. work. It cites "Sir Owen Wynn of Gwydir" as the father of John Winn of Westmoreland Co. [an obvious error] and then follows the Wm.A.Miner version of John Winn's desc. No orignal content, so far as I could find.
