Ann, I found no mention of your Thomas or Philadelphia Winn. There was a Thomas mentioned, but much later, circa 1830. Sorry! To all those interested in Lunenburg Co, VA marriages, please note that the County wasn't formed until 1746 from Brunswick Co. There are no marriages prior to 1746 listed in the County records. Yes, I know Ann was asking about a marriage in the correct range.
