Dear Cuz's we have a cuz on here that has been on since September and is wanting to connect with someone that may have people in her line or from her area, so if you have some impute then speak up!!! Her name is Phyllis Phillips pphillips3@kc.rr.com This is her message to me: I have Wynn/Wynne ancestry and have been watching closely for a tie-in to ours. I am still pretty new at this, started in September. I have, so far, found my gr gr grandfather, Robert Joshana Wynn, born in Bartholomew County, Indiana in 1842. The next time I know for certain where he was he volunteered for the Civil War at age 19 in Doniphan County, Kansas. He was wounded in the war and discharged. He married Nancy Emeline Masters in Doniphan County, Kansas then they moved to Osage County, Kansas. He died there at the age of 29. He and Nancy had three children: Frances Marion, Viola Emeline, and William Washington (my gr grandfather). He is buried by Robert Hughes Wynne (maybe his cousin), who was also born in Indiana. Robert H.'s father was Joshua William Wynne, born in Kentucky. I was able to get a death certificate for Robert Hughes Wynne, but not for Robert J. (Kansas only has death certs for years after 1911) Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? And, yes, I want to know more about the group! Thanks, Phyllis Phillips pphillips3@kc.rr.com Everyone sound out!!! Cuz B ttg-inc@attbi.com http://www.ttg-inc.net http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ttg13/
