I have no information re which ship brought Robert to Virginia. The most commonly accepted time is 1651, but he first appeared in local records on October 3, 1656, by then a militia captain. I am a long-time resident of Spring, TX, a northern suburb of Houston. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, June 15, 2006 9:45 AM Subject: [WINN] Re: Some Wynn emigrants in Virginia 1600 > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: wynne > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/FgWBAEB/842.2.1.1.1.1.1.2.1 > > Message Board Post: > > do you know when robert came over and on what ship. my grandfather married ann vivian wynn1873 and then EDWARD MARRIED MARGRARET WYNNE in1710.so i guess were related. do you live in virginia >
Hugh, What other info do you have on Robert Wynne, he is of my line. Well I guess most all of the Wynne's somehow are related to Robert Wynne. Is you Robert the son of Peter Wynne? I live in the Houston area also.
