She was born Feb. 24, 1921 in Heyburn, the daughter of Goerge John and Charlotte Ellen Bennett Winn. She married Glen Stimpson on Jan. 15. 1938, in Heyburn. Florence lover her flower beds and gardening, quilting, hosting Sunday breakfast for the family, home canning and helping on the farm. Survivors include a duaghter, Arlene (Joe) Millard of Nampa; a son, Stanley Stimpson of Paul; seven grandchildren, Pam (Mark) Edwards of Pocatello, Judy (Doug) Holladay of Nampa, and Lourie (Jim) Carrie of West Jordan, Utah, Rick (Jodi) Millard of Nampa, Denny (Tana) Stimpson, Brent (Laurie) Stimpson all of Paul and Ryan Stimpson of Portland, Oregon' twenty-one great grandchildren' a brother, Meburn Winn of Paul' and a sister Louise Petersen of Moscow. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Stimpson on Aug 17, 1999; and a son Michael R. Stimpson on July 14, 20003 ; and three brothers , six sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005 at the Payne Memorial Chapel, with Bishop Cody MOrgan, officiating. Burial will be in the Paul Cemetery. Friends may call at the Payne Morturary on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 10 to 10:45 prior to the funeral on Wednesday.
