The old way I posted to the father then highlight, right click & copy the citation page info. Go to the wife, create a new source and right click & paste to her citation page space. Repeat the same thing for each child. Then go back to the father, open the source, & repeat the procedure for the citation text. That was 2 times I had to run thru the entire procedure just to get one SINGLE source on everyone. With 06, I just enter the info on the father. Click OK. Then Ctrl+S to open his sources again & make the Copy button available. Click on the Source I want to copy, then click the Copy button, switch to the wife & click the Paste button (making sure that if I already have souces for her I tell it NO when the little screen pops up so it doesn't replace another source with the one I'm adding). Then repeat the procedure with the kids. Takes only a matter of seconds instead of the minutes it used to and I don't have to worry that I've forgotten anything. I just get happy clicking Ctrl+S Paste No, Ctrl+S Paste No, Ctrl+S Paste No!! Did I ever tell you that it doesn't take much to make me happy??
