You're absolutely right about the high calibre...in fact, most other "lists" can't live up to this one at all. I have belonged to several as I'm sure all of you have and I've only "stuck" with about half of them. Even those don't hold a candle to this one. With this high quality site I was able to document 23 generations of my maternal family and when I started I only knew that the people who could have told me anything at all had already died. Needless to say I was discouraged before I had even started. I've been forever grateful to this site and the warm-hearted and expert people who frequent it.
