    3. Hello David, May I ask a question? Have you located any information of a connection with the Winn line that came to American in 1852 and settled in Hancock county, KY from Seaton Delaval/Northumberland/England. My great grandfather was born there in 1851. His father John Winn was a Coal weigher for the mine there. He was born and raised in the New Castle on the Tyne area. I have John's father as Thomas Winn born about 1776. John Winn born in 1809 married Mary Fletcher daughter of Richard Fletcher. My son and I made a trip to the northern part of England where we visited the pub that was standing when my great great grandfather lived in the Forman's Row housing. The Row houses are gone now.
