Is William Winn of Craven County, SC and Camden, SC the father of Mary Winn who married William Reese Busbee (Busby). A grandson of Mary and William Reese Busbee, Reese Schofield of Crawford County, Georgia said his grandparents were born in SC. He also named her as Mary Winn. There is a William Winn who is in the same vincinity as the Busbee family in SC - along the Broad river and his land abutted Miles Busby. The reason we had suspected William Winn to be Mary Winn's father, is that there was a William Winn at Little Union Baptist Church in Crawford County, Ga in the correct timeframe. If anyone has looked at the William Winn's noted in the South Carolina Online Archives collection and has more information about this family, I would be interested in sharing information. Thanks Gaila
