She was born in Kentucky around 1857, to T. Jeff Winn and Harriet Winn. She married Patrick Kelly of Lingo, MO. She died around October of 1892 after my grandfather was born. Any information would be greatly appreciated. There may also be a connection with the Winn family of Virginia. T. Jeff. Winn's father was born in Virginia.
