Dear Myles, I finally got a response from the Wynn Bank. Remember I asked them if they are the one's who made your "The First Bank of Wynne" playing cards, and when was that... this is his response. "I had to ask around regarding the deck of cards. Yes, we did offer a deck of playing cards during the grand opening of the existing main branch building, which would have been during the year of 1976. I would imagine those cards are hard to come by, being they are approx. 27 years old. Hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
