Peterson was the s/o John Wynne and his 2nd wife Susanna. John wrote his will 4 Nov. 1796 and mentions Peterson in his will. Aft. John's death Susanna married Matthew Wynne s/o Robert Wynne and Lucretia "Lucy" Threewit. John Wynne was s/o Thomas Wynne, II will dated 1 Oct. 1770. There is much disagreement about these lineages so any input is welcome. Peterson had a brother Nathaniel who died before July 1809. He had many half siblings, children of John's 1st wife, Agnes. One of these was Green Wynne who is my line. Peterson married Dolly Sturdivant 7 May 1800 in Sussex Co., VA. She was d/o Thomas Sturdivant and Ann Stevens. Hope this will help some. Billie
