My main concern and my line is through John Winn of Lunenburg, however, I have worked on Winn's in Lunenburg that I am interested in the other Winn families that were so close in the business dealings with my John Winn of Lunenburg. Since you have worked on these lines I would like to ask you a couple of questions about this family. First is the Thomas Wynne and Martha Wingfield that you are referring to as the father of the men listed; is he the same as will recorded in Sussex County, 21 Jan 1773. In his will he only mentions children, Thomas, John, Joshua and daughter Phebe and not children, Daniel, Joseph and Samuel. Do you have any records or material that would connect these three older children to Thomas and Martha. On the 16 Sep 1740, Joseph of PG county buys 400 acres next to his brother Robert. Could this be the same as the child of Thomas that you have recorded. Could Thomas have children of an older marriage that he didn't name in the will. And one interesting item is both my John Wynne and Samuel Wynne bought land from a Royal Land Grant in Brunswick county both on the same day 01 Dec 1740. And the last is the these older children seem to have lived in Prince George county while the other's lived in Surry and Sussex. Do you have any details on way this seperation between families occured, or did Thomas Wynne own land in Prince George located on Stoney Creek where Joseph and Robert Wynne lived. Hopefully you can clear up the questions I have. Thanks for your response. Jim
