My ancestor, William Winn (1803-1866 KY, OH, IL)is buried in Carrollton, IL. When I finally located his grave, I found that he had a Masonic symbol on the gravestone. I wrote to the local Mason group and asked about records and was told that they had nothing except that he was a member during that time period. Shirley Winn Williams
