I am trying to find information re: Louis F. Wynn and spouse Sarah Sproul. His parents names are unknown to me, but they both were born in VA. Louis is my gr. grandfather. William Alexander Wynn, grandfather and James Louis Wynn, Sr. my father who was born 1904 and passed in 1999, Van Nuys, CA. Dad said his family came to Maryland from Wales to be able to practice their Catholicism. They later became Protestants in succeeding generations. Thanks to Tom Smith, I learned Louis was b. in 1819 in Ky and Sarah was b. 1832 in KY and her parents were b. in VA also. Dad had a brother, William Clarence Wynn, b. 1907 and a sister, Mayie Wynn Hanson Pickrell, b. 1900 all supposedly born in KC, KS and later moved with their mother, Hattie Cofer Wynn Fauchier Smith to Caldwell, KS when Dad's father died in CO in 1912.
