I am the grandaughter of William Welton Winn and his wife Lizzie Spencer Winn. They left Marquez in the late 1890's and moved to Santa Ana, Texas. They are both buried in the Winn cemetery in Marquez, TX. I am seraching for more information about them and their parents, etc. Do you know anything about this branch of the family? I have heard that William Welton Winn was descended from some early Welsh settlers who arrived in Virginia in the 1700's or early 1800's, but have no other information.
