Also, my gAunt Amanda Winn Turner and her husband & two small children are buried at the Beaverdam Baptist Church in Laurens. Along with her mother, Rhoda Fuller Winn's family. However, I cannot find Rhoda Fuller Winn or George Washington Winn. Also, some of the other family members, I just learned, are buried at Liberty Springs Presby. Church. I have a will that shows Daniel Matthew Winn left his estate to George Washington Winn. However, some of the genealogy websites show that GWW's father is Minor Winn. I just cannot make the connection on who is GWW's father. Once I do that, I think I will be able to trace it back far enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would be delighted to share the information that I have on Winns, Nelsons and Riddles of Laurens County if any of this would help you out. I look forward to hearing ! from you soon! Hi Sandy, Can't remember if I have ever talked to you before, but I saw your email and thought I would contact you. My great-grandfather was George Washington Winn b. 1840 in SC. He married Emily Jane Vineyard. Does this ring a bell?
