Hi Marilyn, I just found it listed still with Amazon.co.uk. You can go to Amazon.com and click on International, select 'United Kingdom', and search by author name "J. Gwynfor Jones" (I used just Gwynfor). It costs L 12.17, or about $20. It is still in print in England, so any English bookseller can order it.
