Winn, 93, a resident of the Rouse Warren County Youngsville, Pa., died there Wednesday, August 3, 2011. She was born February 14, 1918 in Clarendon, Pa. to the late Oswald Joseph and Mary Janowska Miaski. She was a lifelong resident of Clarendon and a former member of the former St. Clara's R.C. Church and a member of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church. She enjoyed dancing, especially to Polka Music. She was a excellent cook and seamstress. Her grandchildren were her entire life. She is survived by her two daughters, Jan Lauffenburger and husband, Ken of Warren, Pa. and Connie Moore and husband, Jack of Columbiana, Ohio; one brother, Louis Klark and wife, Vickie of Matthews, N.C.; one sister-in-law, Mary Klark of Warren, Pa.; six grandchildren, Dennis Moore (Angie), Marty Moore (Tina), John Moore (Danielle), Jeni Moore (Brian), Julie McManigle (Chuck), and Emily Neely (Brad); six step-grandchildren, Mike & Katie Lauffenburger, Billy Moore, Jenny Gibson, Laura Whyte, and Dustin Snyder; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin E. Winn, who died November 5, 1982, whom she married August 6, 1942 at St. Clara's R.C. Church, Clarendon, Pa.; one daughter, Rebecca Moore; three brothers, Victor Miaski and Edward and Chester Klark; two sisters, Martha Depto and Cecelia Miaski; and one great-grandchild, Katelynn Rudoph. Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, Pa. from 68 p.m. on Friday, where a vigil service will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthonys of Padua R.C. Church, Saybrook with Fr. Tom Aleksa, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery. St. Anthonys of Padua R.C.
