His mother was Frances Irene Winn. She married James Richard Smith of Sangamon County, IL.. Frances' parents were LeRoy Recktor Winn and Gertrude Emelia Johnson of Knox County, IL. I have been able to locate LeRoy's father who was John H. Winn of Rock Island, Il. John's parents were William A. Winn of Ohio,and Ellen Shoul (or Shawl) of Indiana. Any help would be appreciated.
