I think he was convicted at Norfolk, Borough of Kings Lynn Quarter Session to 14 years Gaol on 24/10/1825. He departed London on 12/04/1826 for Van Diemans Land(now Tasmania in Australia). The name Garret does not appear in his Convict records but is included on his wedding certificate. Garret obviously is a family name and this might be the link to me finding out where he came from, who his family were and how was he employed etc. Can you link his name to anyone in your research?
