Simpson Winfield, Administratrix of the estate of Virgil Adkins Simpson, deceased, and waiver of process having been filed by all of the heirs-at-law of the deceased, and the Court having considered same does find as follows, to wit: That Virgil Adkins Simpson departed this life intestate on September 28, 1965, at Pascagoula, Mississippi; that at the time of the death of the deceased, the deceased had his fixed place of residence at 1222 22nd Street, Pascagoula, in Jackson County, Mississippi; that at the time of his death, Virgil Adkins Simpson was a single man; that Virgil Adkins Simpson left as his sole and only heirs, the following named persons, who are all adults to-wit: 1. That Notice to Creditors was issued by the Administratrix on January 19, 1966 and said Notice was published in the manner and for the time required by law in The Chronicle, a newspaper published in Jackson County, Mississippi, which publications were on January 21st and 28th, and February 4th and 11th, 1966, as shown by the proof of publication on file herein, and that the six (6) month's time for filing of claims has now expired, and that no claims were filed herein. That the following is an accounting of the assets and disbursements made by the Administratrix: Balance in account of Virgil A. Simpson transferred to account of Estate... $..... Voucher #1... $...
