It is: hometown.aol.com/Kingsley/mon-vitals.html John Burke, the Register of Deeds, is very helpful and you can expect a quick response. (I've ordered records from NYC, and it's taken a month and a half; the records from Monroe Co. came within 5 days.) For the marriage record, ask him to search the years prior to their son's birth date. As for death records, the best you can probably do is to estimate a year and ask for a search for the years around it. Good luck!
