First I would like to know where I can send for a birth certificate for Harry Clayton SANDS, who was born in Sparta, Wisconsin, (Monroe County) on October 14, 1887. On his social security card it states that his parents were Frank Guorge SANDS and Genavive STROPPA Second, I would like to know where I can send for a death certificate for each of his parents.
