SO, you would have to send your inquiry to them for birth certificates. However, having said that, Monroe was formed from LaCrosseCoWI in 1854, so the earliest registration dates for MonroeCoWI are birth: 1877, marriage: 1856, and death 1876. LaCrosseCoWI was formed in 1851 from CrawfordCoWI. CrawfordCoWI was formed in 1818 from the Michigan Territories. SO, it is doubtful that the birth records for these individuals exist. If you know their religious faith, then start checking the old churches in the area. Also, cemetery records might have dates. Also, your query is way too general - for example, you give an approximately year, this may pose a problem as many courthouses do NOT have their records indexed, they would have to search through the records line by line. Be sure for the females are you state whether you are giving the married name or maiden name. They must have a maiden name to do a birth search. Names must be exact to find the person - Fred is most likely a shortened version - However, I am willing to do a general search for the surname MOHNS and record below what I find for the state of WI or the county of Monroe, depending upon how many records pop up... I did a specific search for Louisa, Fred, and Gotfret or Gotred and NO HITS...
