I am researching LEWIS A. SCRUBY and AMELIA MCCRAY, they married in Sparta, Monroe Co. WI in 1883. I don't know if there were any children in this union, but I am told that there was. I have been trying to find them, but haven't had any success, so thought I would throw it out on the list and see if there was someone who could help me out. Later on AMELIA MCCRAY SCRUBY married AUSTIN HALL in 1889 in Sparta, Monroe Co. WI. On the 1900 census of Monroe Co. there is a Claire listed and is older than the years this couple has been married. I think that LEWIS A. SCRUBY married again in 1900. Maybe someone on this list will be able to help me sort all this out. I have ordered films of census records, but haven't been able to come up with any answers. Thank you all for your time. Verna
