He married Mary Marr in 1852.Over the period of several years brothers, Daniel, Richard, Thomas and Abraham (my gr-gr-grandfather) and their families came from Pluckley in the late 1830s-1840s the Buffalo NY area. About 1855 Daniel, Thomas and Abraham came to LaFayette County, Wis. Daniel later went on to Iowa.Richard went to Clark County, Wis. A brother James supposedly came to America too, but I have no informaiton on him. Marion Howard
