Waffle, 91, Kendall, died Monday (June 21, 1965) in a HIllsboro hospital after a long illness. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Federated church, Kendall, Rev. Wayne Grover officiating. Friends called after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Smith-Nelson funeral home, Kendall. Survivors include his wife, Minnie; a son Harvey, Sterling, Ill,; a daughter, Laura Herbert of Byron, Minn.; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, a step-sister, Pearl Archer of Whitney, California.
