The Monroe County Local History Room will present "Genealogy Resource Night" on Thursday, April 8th at 7:00pm, at the Local History Room in Sparta. County Historian Jarrod Roll will explain the many useful resources available at the History Room to those researching their family�s history. John Burke of the Area Research Center of La Crosse will also be on hand to relate the many fine genealogical resources available at the ARC, in UW-La Crosse�s Murphy Library. Both beginners and seasoned researchers will discover something new and useful in their pursuit of the past. This program is free and open to the public.
