Hello, I am attempting to find record of my great grandfather born 1-15-1860. He was supposedly born in Monroe, Wis. Can anyone tell me if there is a birth index somewhere that I could check? Also, would anyone have access to the 1860 census? (George's parents names were supposedly Lemual and Kathryn Eckert- unconfirmed) ANY help would be appreciated as this is my brick wall. Thanks.
