The second floor is used as a dwelling. The building is 25x70 ft. with basement the whole length in which is placed a furnace which heats the entire building. Menomonie pressed brick is used in the construction of the building, the front is of plate glass, the floors hard maple and it is thoroughly modern stucture throughout.
