Practically his whole life was spent on the farm. He had been ill for the past two years. His condition became worse last September and he remained in a critical condition up to the time of his death. Mr. Thrall is survived by a sister, Mrs. S. W. Taylor, who tenderly cared for him during his illness, and by a number of other relatives. Frank was an industrious and honest man, a loving son and brother and an accommodating friend and neighbor. Funeral serves will be held from the M. E. Church at Camp Douglas next Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, following a prayer at the home. Rev. R. Johnson of Elroy will officiate. Burial will be in the Camp Douglas cemetery. Mr. Thrall had many friends, and no doubt the services will be largely attended and that there will be many floral tributes. C. M. Lamson of New Lisbon has charge of the funeral arrangements. Source: The New Lisbon Times, dated Thursday March 10, 1932
