Hello. I have a August Janke born 1844 in Germany, died 1923 in Sparta. He was married to Regina Ross. They both died in Sparta. I don't know when they came from Germany, but their daughter Emilie was born in Sparta in 1883. I don't know much more about this family. Emilie was married to my gg-grandpa's brother, Albert Lorenz Nauman. No children were born to that marriage, as both died relatively young. I don't know if August & Regina had any other children. I do have photos of the graves of all of them, though.
