I have a Justus Franklin RATHBUN, son of James E. and Ruth (CUMMINGS) RATHBUN b. NY State 27 Sept. 1832. Can anyone tell me if he is the son of James and Ruth RATHBUN - this James the son of Valentine W. RATHBUN of Onondaga Co., NY? Or in anyway related to him?
