How certain are you that this book relates to Monroe County, *Wisconsin*? As you know, there are lots of counties named Monroe in the U.S.A. (roughly 1/3 of all states have a Monroe County). I found reference to something resembling this title for Monroe Co., Missouri, but nothing for Monroe Co., Wisconsin. A recent message on this list mentioned the Monroe Co. Local History Room--you may want to check with them directly to see if they have any knowledge of such a book relating to Monroe County, Wisconsin. Rollie
