My grandmother and her brother, Alfred Allen (born Dec. 1, 1893) were both in the State school for Dependent Children in 1900. My grandmother is of Blackfoot heritage, but I am unable to find any other information - no birth certificate, etc. Is there any way you could shed some light on my search. Thanks - Jodie K.
