Here is the Data: 1920 US Census Index for Wis. Monroe County, Enumerators Distr. 127, Sheet 5, line 67. Charles E Dupee, Age 26, born in Wis. Marie G. Dupee, wife, age 23, born Wis. Charles E Dupee, son, age 2+2/12, Wis. Unfortunately, at the Archives I went to they only have the Index for 1920 and do not have the actual images. You can probably send for the actual image using the above ref. (Also had Vol. 65 in description) I looked for the Grahams in 1900 and couldn’t find them, but might not have found all the possibilities. I have a hard copy if you would like me to send it to you. Please send me a mailing address. Contact me at Rlockmanpete@earthlink.net . Hope this helps. Richard.

And think I found him, but there are some surprises. He was not where you thought he would be, in Monroe Cty, and I can only assume they moved there shortly after this Census was taken. The only George McIntyre in Monroe Cty was 38 years old, married waith 2 children. Here is the data I found: 1880 US Census for Wisconsin. Dane County, Enumerators Distr. 96, Sheet 6. Windsor Township. Dwelling 59, Family 59. James McIntyre, Age 26, Railroad Employee, born in New York, Father born in Ireland, Mother born in Ireland. George C McIntyre, age 38, Farmer, born New York State Mary McIntyre, age 36, Wife, born New York State Elva McIntyre, age 13, daughter, born Wis Charles McIntyre, age 9, son, born Wis. 1900 US Census Index for Wis. Dane Cty, Enum Distr. 77, sheet 5, Windsor Twp. James McIntyre, born Nov 1853, age 46, born in New York. Sara McIntyre, born July 1855, age 44, born New York Robert McIntyre, born Sep 1879, age 30 (sic 20), born Wis Michael McIntyre, born Apr 1882, age 18, Wis Irene McIntyre, born Oct 1890, age 9, Wis Joseph McIntyre, born Dec 189s, age 7, Wis. Of course, I don’t know for sure this family in Dane Co is yours, but it seemed the best option to me. I did not find Edward, though Michael was apparently born that year. A Mystery! Middle name Edward? Wrong family? Only you can decide. I have hard copies of these sheets if you want them. Send me a mailing address and I will be happy to send them to you. Hi - MAK will be gone for a week starting today (5 minutes ago), so please don't dismay and don't send any large email files until my return (grin). If will only help add to the confusion... I get about 100-300 spam emails a day and if they don't get deleted daily, of course I exceed the limit in about two days - spam SUCKS... so if you get a bounce - you will know why... sorry in advance. Thanks. R/S MAK __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Finance - Get real-time stock quotes http://finance.yahoo.com
Good morning folks, Are any voter registration records from 1870 to 1910 accessible? If so, where are they? I did check the WIMONROE archives and found only one reference to voter registrations. For the curious about the reason for the question, I find them more informative here in Montana than the pre-1906 citizenship/naturalization documents. But if the answer is in the affirmative and before a host of this lists subscribers swamp the source of the records, be advised that it sometimes involves a lot of searching. Thank you. A. Does the "First Baptist Church" still exist in Warrens and if so, has anyone been there for a records lookup? I've found several references in obituaries that list my family as members of this church. In particular I'm looking for information about Lewis JOHNSTON. I believe he died approx 1881. His wife and several children are buried at the Warren Mills Cemetery. There are several stones in the family plot but none are marked for Lewis. I don't know if he's buried there or not and I can't look for his obit without a more specific date. I'm thinking church records may be my next hope for information... I'll be on my way to Monroe County on Sept 10 :) Best wishes, Bonnie --- Bonnie M. Gilson, Phoenix, Arizona bgilson@cox.net http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~bgilson/
Thanks for taking the time to answer my inquiry. Unfortunately, none of the names you have mentioned connects with mine. I'm looking for William, Ellen nee Street, Erma, Charles & Delbert. Mount Hope is in Sparta, at the intersection of West Main and Faith Avenue. Its a really big and sprawling cemetery. It probably hasn't been put on the internet yet because of that reason-it would take a long time to enter all that information! In the late 70's/early 80's a bunch of people walked all the cemeteries in the county. Those records are at the Local History room, so best bet would be to contact them. The email is MCLHR@centurytel.net Danielle Nauman

Hello Bonnie, I was born and raised in Tomah. We plan on leaving for Wisconsin Sept. 6 for Tomah and a few other places. I'll keep my eyes open for the name of the cemetery you are trying to find. I have a copy of the layout of OakGrove Cemetery in Tomah. If you think that might help you let me know & I'll send it e-mail. It's a large cemetery and I have several relatives buried there.
