Fred was born July 7, 1863 in Sparta, WI to Hiram Davenport and Sarah Lynn. He died March 30, 1935 in Sparta. Rose was born November 14, 1887 in the Township of Ridgeville, Monroe County Wisconin to Karl Wilhelm Nauman and Margaret Ziegler. She died in 1937, but I'm uncertain of where she was living at that time. The children of Fred and Rose were: Madeline, born 1904 (before the time of marriage); Grace born 1910; Emilla born 1913; Marlyne born 1915; Anna born 1917; Verna and Vernon-twins-born 1924. I do know that Verna married a George Peaslee and that Vernon died as an infant. Rose was the sister of my great-great grandfather, Johannes Wilhelm Nauman. August Quasdorf is a brother of the two individuals in question and there is also a sister is named Eva, and I am hoping that I can get confirming information out of Kendall, WI to try and link the emigration of Friedrich to the family by "overwhelming circumstantial evidence." The Eva and August (children of Friedrich) are the correct age for my family line. I was hoping to find either Mrs. Robbey or Mrs. Morris to be named Wilhelmine and also born in the appropriate year.
