I am researching members of the WALLACE family who settled in Milwaukee between 1890-1910, relocating from Ohio. Does anyone on the list know if there is a good online index for looking up marriages or births? Judy Ramsay-Jensen Morrisonville, WI (close to Madison)

I have the Alien Registration Form of my great-grandfather, Martin WOLNIAKOWSKI of Milwaukee. On this, he states that he was once arrested for disorderly conduct in 1927. I thought this might be an interesting tidbit of his life--does anyone know where I could find this record and do you have an opinion whether this pursuit is worthwhile?
