The 1905 Wild Rose Robbery Reenactment will take place at 10:30 AM at the Jim & Mary Erdman property at the end of River Street in Wild Rose. The land is the last place on the left side of the street and almost across the street from Oakhill Cemetery. There will be signs up the day of the event. Highway 22 is Main Street in Wild Rose. If you are coming in from the South, River Street is a left turn and if you are coming from the North it is a right turn. River Street is all west of Main Street.The land has a rustic appearance and the area where the reenactment will occur is a field so you might not to wear sandals or open toed shoes. You may want to bring a folding chair or lawn chair. Refreshments will be available for sale with the proceeds going to the Wild Rose Library/Community Fund. One of the robbers who is killed in the capture is buried outside of Oakhill Cemetery and there will be balloons showing the way to his grave. Pam Anderson
