    3. One English adopted relative of mine came to Bay View to work in the mills from St. Clair County, Michigan. He was a blacksmith. John Bishop was his name. Also, the famous (in Bay View) Beulah Brinton came from St. Clair County, Michigan with her husband who worked in the mill. I believe he ran the mill. There is a strong connection between St. Clair County, Michigan and the Bay View neighborhood in Milwaukee.
