    3. Did they come from New York State? to Walworth County, Wisconsin? Another drawing place was in Waukesha and Jefferson County--same English/Welsh ancestry....there was excellent farmland, hunting and woods (to build homes with)..also the railroad ran through that area making it easy to ship goods. I grew up in the area...this is what I remember being said about the reasons they settled there.
