Hi Sandy: May I suggest you take off the caps lock...in e-mail that is considered Shouting. Not to be picky but just trying to help. I have the CHRIST family in Wausaukee, WI (near Marinette) with Henry who was father of Amos, H.P., and Peter James but do not see any John Peter in the listings I have of their children. Amos was married to my great aunt (my grandmother's sister) but I know very little about her. I do have a photo of the country store that Amos ran in Wausaukee. Do your CHRISTs go back to any of these? I see from some of your earlier posts that you are looking in an 1875-80 timeframe. That was when my CHRISTs were in Wausaukee area. HI ANNELLEN: THANK U FOR THE SUGGESTION. BUT I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER WHAT I'M TYPING SO PLEASE DON'T TAKE OFFENSE. I HAVE QUITE A BIT OF INFO ON MY CHRIST LINE BUT SEE NO EXTENDED FAMILY FOR THEM. I. E. BROTHERS, OR SISTERS OF JOHN OR MARIE. HAVE FOUND SOME LIVE RELATIVES OF THE LAST DAUGHTER BORN TO THEM. THAT WOULD BE THE CASPER LINE. IN FACT I FOUND A COUSIN LIVING ABOUT A MILE FROM ME. HOW ODD IS THAT? THEY OWNED PROPERTY IN MILWAULKEE. HAVE A WILL OF SORTS IN 1909 WHEN MARIE DIED. CAN LOOK UP THE ADDRESS BUT AM SHORT OF TIME THIS MORNING. THAT IS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. YOU KNOW RUDE OR NOT THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HEARD THIS SHOUTING THING. I THINK THAT SOMETIMES THERE IS A REASON FOR IT SO WOULD NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS NECESSARILY BEING RUDE. MAYBE SOMEONE OUGHT TO SEE IF THERE MAY BE A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR IT, OR JUST LET IT GO. NOT SHOUTING AT YOU! Hi Also not to be picky or offend you in any way, but it is difficult to read all caps with no punctuation. A neat idea would be to use larger font. Like this. Then, it would be easy for you to read and with caps and small letters, it would be easy for everyone to understand. Please do not be offended. Have a good day.
