Thanks Sandy for explaining why you use all caps. Yes, I quite understand. Did you know that if you are using Word you can go to the top and press the "A" button and enlarge the print you see on screen? It really helps old eyes since I am 72 and appreciate larger print as well. Please let me know if you come across any connection in our CHRIST lines. I have a feeling mine migrated to Milwaukee about 1925 or thereabouts but have not pursued it since this was a younger sister of my grandmother. I have a lot on Gertrude (Mrs. Amos)CHRIST and copied info on his brothers just because I've found that sometimes colleral lines get me around brick walls. Good luck in your search. A neat idea would be to use larger font. Like this. Then, it would be easy for you to read and with caps and small letters, it would be easy for everyone to understand. Please do not be offended. Have a good day. Maxine At 12:20 PM 3/6/2005, you wrote: >HI ANNELLEN: >THANK U FOR THE SUGGESTION. JOHN AND MARIA, MARIE OR MARY HAD A SON BY THE NAME OF AMOS AND ADAM. ONE OR THE OTHER KILLED HIS WIFE AND POSSIBLY 2 CHILDREN AND WAS SUPPOSEDLY IN WAUPUN PRISON BUT HAVEN'T ANY DATES AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO VERIFY IT. J AND M CAME INTO NEW YORK AND HAVE A MIGRATION PATTERN I THINK FIGURED OUT. BOUGHT PROPERTY IN FOND DU LAC IN MAY OF 1857 AND I LOOKED FOREVER AND FINALLY CAME ACROSS SOME PHOTO'S THAT WERE TAKEN BY A PHOTOGRAPHER IN MILWAUKEE SO JUST BY CHANCE I WENT THERE AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD LIVED THERE AND THAT IS WHERE MARIE DIED IN 1909. BUT MOST OF THE FAMILIES BURIALS WERE AT THE ESTABROOK CEMETERY IN FOND DU LAC. SO HAVE PICTURES AND SOME DATES FROM THAT AND HAVE PIECED TOGETHER SOME DATES OF BIRTH. HAS TAKEN ME FOREVER THO. BUT OTHER THAN THE ADAM NAME WHO MAY HAVE HAD A SON BY THE NAME OF AMOS, I HAVE NO CONNECTION. IF UR INTERESTED I CAN SEND YOU NAMES AND DATES.
