My ancestors lived for many years at Astor & Hamilton from the 1860's on. I am looking for the Catholic Church they may have attended in the later years. They originally attended St John's Cathedral Parish until local neighborhood churches opened. I know that St Hedwig's (now part of the Three Holy Women church group) opened in the 1880's at Brady and Humboldt, but that was built primarily for Polish Catholics, and my ancestors were Irish, so they probably did not attend there. Where might they have gone to Church in the area? Perhaps one of the other "Holy Women" Churches? Dave
