I am proud to note that the 25-year-old Mike Bubolz mentioned in this story is my former student employee (and still a friend). I encouraged Mike to get involved in genealogy and he has been the Bubolz historian ever since. He produces a periodic newsletter for his family (I haven't even managed to do that yet, and I'm a desktop publisher!).
